I received my B.S. degree from Zhengzhou University in 2008 and my M.S. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2011.
Currently, I am a senior data scientist in the AI Research Department at Pingan Tech Co., China.

As a dedicated AI professional, I am committed to applying advanced technologies to solve real-world problems. With a passion for coding and knowledge sharing, my work focuses on advancing AI through practical applications such as recommendation systems, natural language processing, and large language models。

    • Led to build an Classification and Evaluation models for Customer Service Outbound Call Scripts

    • Designed and implemented recommendation models for more than 100 million customers from multiple Business Units

  2. Senior Algorithm Engineer, Pudong Development Bank Credit Card Center, 12.2017-03.2019

    • Led to develop credit card risk behavior recognition system.

    • Led to build Credit Card Churning model,improved credit risk assessment with the Credit Card Overdue forecast model

    • Built fine-tuned LLMs(e.g. ChatGLM-6b) for customer objection sentence recognition, objection type classification, and evaluation of customer service representatives

    • Empowered recommendation models with general capabilities of LLMs

    • Leveraged LLMs to generate recommendation embeddings, integrated with tradition recommendation models

    • Collaborated with business teams to extract features, build models, and identify abnormal customer behaviors

    • Developed models for credit card churn, overdue forecast, and fraud detection, achieving strong performance metrics
